OUR SINCERE APOLOGIES FOR THIS ISSUE
We are very sorry to have to announce that the X19 Bus Service (Monday – Saturday) will be reduced from the 5th of November 2018. We have been forced to make this difficult decision because passenger numbers and associated income has failed to cover the significant costs of running the service.
As a local family business, providing a service and connecting local communities is very important to us and therefore before making this difficult decision we worked very hard with Conwy and Gwynedd Council, Welsh Government and Business Wales to try to secure funding to keep the service running. Sadly, despite many meetings and lots of discussions, we only managed to secure funding for 2 journeys from/to Blaenau Ffestiniog and 2 to/from Dolwyddelan daily. We hope you will understand that we cannot continue to run the service at a loss without risking the future of the business.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for travelling with us and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.
The Sunday S19 Bus Service will not be affected as we do receive financial support for this service,
We hope you will continue to travel with us on the reduced service whilst we continue to attempt to secure funding to reinstate the service as it is up to the 3rd of November.
